Terms and Conditions

  • Clients are requested to respect the property, fittings, furniture and equipment. They should be left in the same clean, tidy condition and state of repair at the end of the letting period as at the beginning. Please advise us of any breakages or damage which occur during your stay. Replacement of any broken or damaged items will be charged at cost.To assist us in maintaining the high standard of the property.

  • Should there be any complaints during the letting period please advise us immediately.

  • Electricity, heating, water, wifi, bed linen and towels are included in the letting cost.

  • Weekly bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. Checkout 10am

  • Max 8 persons occupying the property

  • If we are unable to provide the accommodation for any reason outwith our control, all payments already made will be refunded in full and we will not be liable for any further claims. 

  • If, for any reason, the booking has to be cancelled, every endeavour will be made to re-let the property for the period of cancellation. If this is successful all monies paid less deposit and any costs incurred in re-letting will be refunded. If unsuccessful, the full price must be paid.

  • Bookings are accepted following receipt of payment. 

  • No smoking.

  • Sorry no pets.

  • The Owners have no liability for any deaths, personal injury, damage or loss of personal property unless this directly results from the Owners negligence.

  • The Owners reserve the right of entry into the cottage at all reasonable times for the purposes of inspection or to carry out repairs and maintenance.

  • Guests using Skye Bay or Cairmhor Car Park do so at their own risk. The proprietors / owners / will not be liable for any damage caused, unless this results from the proprietors / owners / negligence
